CHARGES AND SHIPPING OF WINES: Tickets are charged upon purchase. Wine will ship within four (4) business days of purchase. Shipment tracking numbers are provided at time of shipment. Wine shipments require signature on delivery and offer three (3) attempts to deliver before returning the shipment. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery of your shipment, it is recommended that shipments are forwarded to holding locations or delivered to an address where deliveries can be received (work, neighbor, friend, etc.).
WINE LIMITATIONS/RETURNS/HOLDS/CANCELLATIONS: Refunds are available subject to shipping date from the wine distributor. Damaged (spoiled, cork rot, etc.) or broken wines will be refunded or replaced at request of the customer. Wines not meeting a customer’s taste preference will not be refunded or replaced as the virtual wine tasting is designed to introduce customers to new wine styles. Should a registrant wish to return a wine shipment after payment has been received and wines have already shipped, shipping fees are the responsibility of the registrant and refund will be issued once returned wines are received.
ALCOHOL SALES: Grape Juice Mom LLC is a certified Sommelier and a digital technology third party provider. All wine shipments are shipped through a licensed wine distributor. Ship to physical addresses only. Recipients must be 21 years or older to sign for receipt of shipment.
Please note, we cannot ship to the following states:
AL, AR, CA, CT, DE, KY, MI, MS, NJ, RI, SD, UT.
